Jay Abramson has joined Halle Capital as a senior partner, according to a spokesperson for the growth equity firm. In his new role, Abramson will be focused on helping to source investment opportunities spanning private middle-market companies. Before joining Halle, Abramson spent 34 years at Cramer Rosenthal McGlynn where he most recently served as CEO and co-CIO.
